The Consumer Credit Counseling Services (CCCS) of Lifelines/Family Counseling Center provides information and referral, budget counseling, debt and credit management, community education, housing counseling which includes pre and post purchase counseling, rent and mortgage delinquency counseling, homebuyer education, reverse mortgage counseling.

The Rape Crisis Center (RCC) of Lifelines/Family Counseling Center provides direct services to sexual assault victims and their families 24/7 using staff and trained volunteers to deliver counseling, support groups, hospital and court presence, advocacy, community education, training for law enforcement medical and social service personnel.

The Helpline Program of Lifelines/Family Counseling Center provides a telephone information and referral service line for Mobile County and via a toll free number available to Baldwin, Washington, and Clarke counties, which provides a listening ear, crisis intervention, and referral to more than 380 agencies.
